This product is the best source of Magnesium I have ever used! I have taken Magnesium Oxide for several years with barely any noticeable effects. As soon as I started the Magnesium Citrate I noticed the difference with the first dose. I later found that Magnesium Oxide has a very low absorption while the Magnesium Citrate has a very high absorption. the Magnesium has to be absorbed in order to work for you.
