Lets start here. I always get it within 3days after ordering. So the supplier always makes sure it is sent out quickly. You need the highest amounts of ingredients upto 750 to 1000mg and Doctors Best has the highest amounts recommended. Fast acting yes. Start with 2 capsules. Recommended with food so it is digested with food more easily. Within 2 days other areas will start to feel better. By 3 to 4 days the back feels better. 5 to 6 days your legs and sore muscles feel better. For overall health benefits i take 3 per day. Remember to consult your doctor when taking this item for any posdible reactions to allergies.

A Good Natural Supplement
I've switched to MSM from the Hyaluronic Acid, which is also a great product. I just wanted the gels with powder instead of the tablet form. I felt it might be better on my digestive system. I believe they both perform about the same. After five to seven days of taking the gels I noticed less swelling or no swelling in joints and therefore less or no pain. But the caveat is that if you stop taking them, everything returns.
