Works good
I was taking alpha-lipoic acid, switched to this to try it as an alternative, works much better. Maybe too much better, I have to take it in morning only, if I take it at supper time I am unable to sleep well at night. This is my first week of taking it, will see if body adapts to it in a few months, if not I will continue to just take in morning.
