This is the 2nd headset that I have bought. both the same brand, the first one worked well, but the speaker kept popping out of its holder and then it would be hanging by the wires. well they eventually broke. This new one seems to have a better clip and the speaker stays in better. Also the noise reduction is better. Not up to par
This is the only headset we have used since hands-free laws have gone into effect and driving truck. We have never gotten a bad one but this particular one has only been used the last week and it is breaking up and sounds terrible unfortunately we missed the return date because of non-use therefore we are stuck with it and we'll have to repurchase. I have been using these for at least six years. 4th one I owned. Two destroyed by accident that had nothing to do with the product; this is a tough product which can take a beating. I still have original, it's just after six years have to charge twice a week and saw this one. I would rather have two than not have one and have to wait for a new one to show up; these are the best item on the market for what they do. They stay charged up to a week, you can hear and be heard clearly in all noise levels (and I work where it is noisy). No more complaints
This headset is larger then the small in the ear type but it works great .I drive a service van full of tools that make all kinds of noise as well as ladders on roof of van that make wind noise . I used to get a lot of complaints of background noise and Echo this no longer a problem simple to use and long range on Bluetooth.
