I never had a better protien shake then this and with sooo many benefits physically and mentally. Mind feels clearer, body doesn't sore up. I feel way more energetic and relaxed at the same time. I mix it with hot cocoa, turmeric, coconut oil a dash of cinnamon and clove powder. Next time going to add fresh grounded ginger for extreme benefits and recovery. I've been using it for a little over a week and already loving it. Make sure to have a spoon in hand to stir it as you sip as it starts sticking to the bottom, only cause the way I make it like a hot cup of cocoa, not like a smoothie but I like it this way.
