Herbal Iron easy on the stomach
After reading that iron supplements can sometimes be hard on the body, I decided to try an herbal iron instead. Recovering from Anemia and the iron deficiency that I graduated to this past year, I was tired of taking iron. I had been taking one that wasn't really hard on my stomach, but it did affect bowel movements somewhat. The herbal iron is easy to take and doesn't bother my stomach nor does it seem to have a negative effect on bowel movements. I also chose the Herbal Iron because it contained an ingredient that may help to shrink ovarian cysts. Is it helping with that? I don't know for sure. I was recently diagnosed with chronic Lyme Disease which explains the female problems I had among other health problems including the anemia. I am also taking a holistic approach to the Lyme which has changed my life. My doctor does not have a problem with me taking the Herbal Iron. good iron supplement alternative
I like it because it is a good alternative to ordinary iron supplements. The added bonus is because of what it is made of, it helps to cleanse the liver, which helps to remove excess estrogen from the body. And, I also think it is beneficial to help detox.
