My family has used this product for colds, sore throats, etc for years. However, we take it directly under the tongue, about 8 to 12 drops, hold it for as long as we can, then swallow. Warning! This is not fun, its brutal. Sometimes we put a little tomato juice or ketchup with it. This is a very different approach, but we are used to this method of delivery. This is the best Oil of Oregano that I have ever tried. One or two drops on skin or can be taken internal by mouth. Not all products can be taken internal or not mixed already. The super strength can burn so this is PERFECT...especially ingesting via mouth is great for gums and tooth ache. I bought 5 because I don't want to be without during pandemic.
