Takes the edge off
The first time that I tried one of these, it didn't seem to do anything, but knowing that that can be the case with many supplements, i.e., it takes at least a few, over time, before they're effective, I continued with them the next night. Much more effective. I only take these just before bed when my mind won't shut down and, usually, within about 30 minutes, I'm drowsy and ready to sleep. They are very subtle and not like a prescription sleeping pill....that's why I like them.
