LOVE THIS BRAND!
Been using nutritional yeast for B vitamins since 1969, my chemistry professor gave it to me. Had no idea how it would change my life for the better. Can't digest those huge multi-vitamins. So this helps with nursing mothers, energy and wonderful boost of B complex vitamins. This is the best tasting brand I've ever found and I've used many over the years. Any time I can take a tasty powder over a PILL, it's a good day for me. I am very big on Nutritional Yeast mini-flakes. This isn't yeast one uses for baking purposes, it is a dynamite nutritional supplement because this is loaded with B-Vitamins which we all need for so many reasons, among them being our neurological system. Doesn't naturally have the B-12 unless it is fortified, so be aware of that. A biggie healthwise. But I happen to love it because of it's nutty, cheesy flavor. Goes on my salads (which are very good to begin with). Always put on my veggies - especially the steamed or roasted ones. Cats and dogs love it, in fact they stand around looking miffed until you put it on their food.
