I buy this product line because I know it is a great product and well made. My doctor wants me to lower my cholesterol since I can't take a statin we are trying niacin 2000 mg a day BUT you need to build up to this dose slowly so you don't flush with it (take an asprin one hour before the niacin really does help) after awhile your body will get use to it. There are so many health benefits with taking niacin that I recommend you Google it and find out what niacin can do for you.
