Bt-Total is wonderful if....
I don't have an enzyme in my stomach to break down and digest the B vitamins in a vitamin tablet. So sublingual works for me. And this one tastes the best. Better than holding the tablets under your tongue waiting for them to dissolve this is liquid you hold under your tongue. I am also anemic so I have to take an iron tab every day. The B-total wears off, and you know it because the B6 is missing and you can't sleep. When was young, I had a great MD that knew that I didn't digest B vitamins. I would show up in his office when my heart started banging in my chest going up the stairs. He used to give me LIV shots which contained all the B's and iron.
