Rather expensive, but the content and depth make it valuable and worth it!
This is my second copy of this work as I gave my first copy to a fellow minister. He and I often study independently and together using this aide. Subject are in depth and well thought out and researched. Grudem makes logical biblical study fun and easy to understand. Some may find it's depth a little too much, but most will find many things which makes them grow in strength about God's word! Those who are new Christians will in time find this has many answers to questions that always come up in a beginning Christians thoughts. So, I recommend that you get a copy for yourself, and maybe a back up copy so you too can share the wealth of knowledge this great writer presents. Great overall reference with a ton of footnotes. You know Grudem's point of view but he gives an even handed description of alternative understandings and why he disagrees with them. Confident yet not dogmatic in his writing. Very approachable language not requiring a seminary degree to read. Wayne Grudem is an outstanding theologian. While I might disagree with him on some secondary or tertiary theological points, I find his grasp of theology and his ability to communicate it in such a way as to make it presentable without being dry, accessible, and understandable to be a blessing to the Body of Christ.
