Less is sometimes more
These are 3 mg Melatonin pills, and they work better for me than the 5 mg ones that I was taking. 3 mg seems to be the sweet spot... the 5 mg pills would leave me a bit tired and groggy. If you are new to Melatonin, don't think that more mg's is better, like with vitamins... less can be more useful. Suggest you start with 3 mg if you are new... you can always take two if one isn't enough. Melatonin will get you to sleep faster, and give you better quality of sleep.
