bought several, excellent bell but occasional quality issues
bought 3 of them, 1 was defective. Otherwise, good quality (could be better... but certainly better than what you buy locally at big-box stores). Bell is loud but I have noticed that older people seem to have a hard time hearing it as the bell chimes at a higher frequency than many cheaper bells, and a lot of older people have age-related hearing loss at higher frequencies. Overall, the best value bell that I have found, but I do think it could be better if the manufacturer wanted to put a little more effort into it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent bell which has a nice double tone when the lever is moved it dings a second time on the return. It is of good quality, solid mounting, made in Japan and appears to be real brass. It does not fit larger handle bars but that is stated in product info.
