Prefer Visine to Refresh Tears after many years use of the latter.
After more than a decade of using Refresh Tears dry eye liquid I switched ti Visine when it became available under my over-the-counter Rx insurance. I find the Visine more soothing and cooling, with about the same number of hours between need to apply (4-6 in daytime). There are too many different eye drops for too many reasons to use one type of eye drops. BUT, if your eyes are just dry this drop replaces the tears. And I can still see the same.
