Arrived as scheduled. We have had this Dexter knife for over a year and it looks like the day we bought it. No staining or rusting of the stainless steel and works as good as the day it arrived. Holy Mother of Pearl, is this thing sharp! Rarely have I bought a knife of any sort that was this sharp, much less a bread knife. It slices even hard bread -- like overdone biscuits -- clean and straight and with minimum crumbling. It's impressively well-made, much better than the price point suggests. And did I mention that it's really, really sharp? Only sharpened on a single bevel, like the best Japanese chef's knives. So you can cut a really straight slice on even the softest bread because it takes so little pressure. In a pinch it probably could double as a bone saw, but I don't recommend that you try it.
