good product bad packing
the item is a good item for the money the only thing I did not like was the staple box was put in an envelope without the ends being taped shut which spilled all the staples out into the envelope and 90% of them were broken instead of being 1 nice long run of staples I had to discard a lot of them as they would jam up the gun as singles. I did receive a nice thank you for my purchase when I informed them of the problem. I believe this was just an over site and no reason to not buy from this company again at least one more time .

Good Product-Poor Shipping
Product came with almost every row of staples outside the box. A little forethought by someone in the shipping department to put some tape on the box would have gone a long way for customer satisfaction. It took my 20 minutes to get them all back in the box in some kind of order.

Good replacement
