Best vegetable peeler ever used!!!!
This little lightweight peeler is amazingly sharp and strong. It even peeled the skin right off of a yam, acorn squash, etc. Those are tough!! It has a carbon blade which makes it sharper and better, HOWEVER, you MUST dry the blade immediately after rinsing, so it will not rust (but that's easy). Made in Switzerland, I would buy this again for someone as a gift or as a back up. AAA+++
