I was skeptical, but it works.
I have gone through a plethora of sleep aids. Over the counter, natural and prescription. This spray is good by itself for those nights with mild/moderate insomnia and a great addition to add that extra kick to even prescription pills (on those really rough nights). I can also use this if I wake up with only a couple hours left before I need to get up (when you don't dare take a prescription pill because there isn't enough time for it to wear off).
