Best brand and model for restoring signal level

The Antronix FRA1-1510 Cable TV Booster Amp is a great product PROVIDED THAT it comes with its 18 Volt 500 Milliamp Cable Power Adaptor. This item was not supplied with a Power Adaptor (for “TV” Cable) and thus is essentially useless.
