Looks and works great!
This was a fresh installation on the left side of the vanity cabinet. The instructions were very easy to follow. I used a small plastic ruler and a pencil to draw out the cutting lines and I had a mini electric saw that made the job seem quick. I cut out the 5.25 inch square hole and the holder fit right into it. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

Easy to install but finish is blah
This TP holder was a great price compared to the home centers, and it was easy to install. The finish isn't the nice brushed nickel finish I was hoping for. It's sort of a dull stainless steel that even with polish doesn't really match the towel racks and other nickel items in my bath and home. These T-paper holders came quick, and were easy as can be to install into older drywall cutouts made for earlier 1990's polished brass T-paper holders. Wow what a great product sturdy and easy to mount everything looks nice. I mount one with the bracket to the drywall and the other I mounted without the supplied bracket (a lot more work I mounted it to a piece of wood, between two studs in the wall, the old one was mounted this way) Either way you do it this product works great. They work, but are thin and probably won't last.
Works well enough. Holds triple sized rolls no problem. Wished it was more recessed and that the prongs for the holder were shorter and more close to the wall like other brands. The metal is very thin and can be easily bent. I replaced my standard holders because my wife and kids are a bit rough on things.
