This is one of the best things I've bought in a really long time! It works really well and the build quality is durable. I've been using it once a day for about a month. I do a few cycles, which I believe are 10-15minutes. It just feels incredibly good on my neck and back. I've also noticed my overall circulation seems better, which helps in all kinds of ways. My wife says my skin even looks better lately because of that. It's really helped loosen my neck, shoulders and lower back muscles. I usually turn it on after a long day and choose shiatsu, along with the seat vibration. I let the back massager go up and then I stop it with the "spot" button option, and let it focus right between my shoulder blades and or the back of my neck. Me and my wife take turns sharing it, in conjunction with a foot massager we also got. Combined, the effect is just amaaaazing!
