VERY nice MIG gun
Bought this to replace the 10 ft MIG gun on my Inverter Millermatic 211. It's better in every respect. Much larger for an awesome duty cycle. I believe it is rated at 250A 60%, but don't quote me on that. That's just from memory. The cable is much more flexible than the stock Miller MIG gun cable. The machine end goes in perfectly and goes right up to the roller as it should, even closer than the stock liner gets to the roller. It's literally so close, I thought it was touching, but it's like 20-thousandths away. Little details like this help minimize feeding problems like birds-nesting. The tips are the same as Miller tips, so I could use all the ones I had bought previously. The Nozzle is bigger @ 5/8", and HTP didn't have any smaller ones, but no big deal; I found the 1/2" nozzles elsewhere after trying with HTP. Also, the nozzle uses an O-ring, where as the Miller M-100 doesn't. I don't know about the Miller M-25. Just make sure to have extra on-hand just in case. I've used 0.023" all the way up to 0.045" diameter wire without even changing the liner and it all works beautifully. Two enthusiastic thumbs up, 5-stars.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

After using one of these for a few years I'm convinced that the gun on this lead is higher quality than what came from the factory on my Millermatic 252. Since it uses the same consumable parts as the factory gun I was able to keep all the spare parts I had purchased and continue to use them with this new setup.
