Great Value
This is by far the least expensive super automatic espresso machine to buy new! It is also the easiest to use because of the touch screen with pictures. I did have some difficulty setting the grinding dial - there are only 5 settings registered - but the dial can be moved way past 1 & 5, in either direction. I have it se on the finest grind, and am satisfied with the taste of the shot, but not yet with the puck: still not packed, but loose and watery. I like the hose for milk frothing because i find that the containers do not keep the milk fresh in the refrigerator between uses. I also like the fact that cleaning the milk brother does not use the water from the machine (but a different source). All in all, it's a great looking, medium sized super automatic espresso machine that costs 1/3 to 1/4 of most other machines.

read the manual
larger than expected. will take up the whole counter because of the access needed for both sides of the machine. its also very important to read the manual to program and set.
