My personal chiropractor
Like many people with back issues, I've had to tell on chiropractors or pills for pain relief, I'm trying to stay away from pills and work comp is limiting amount of visitations to the chiropractor. I use this product two to three times a day and it's great! I also have an inversion table that I use as well. Utilizing both pretty much keeps me pain free and mobile throughout my day. "An excellent product"
Even as an older guy in my mid 60's , this is an excellent product which helps a great deal with my back realignment , which I can do by just lying on the floor . Personally , I was not comfortable with the associated head-rush of being on an inversion bed , although they probably work extremely well . I chose this particular back roller due to the raised knobs which are positioned to align the spine as well as apply firm , but gentle & comfortable acupressure points to your back . It's wide enough that it covers the with of your back and remains stable as you're applying pressure to a wide range of locations .
