The profiles and sizes of the Vater Classics Series drum sticks have been some of the core models in the drum stick world since the birth of the “trap set”. Jack Adams [Alan & Ron Vater’s Grandfather] even hand-turned some of these drum stick profiles at Jack’s Drum Shop in Boston back in the 1950s and '60s. Vater is revisiting some Vater History with the launch of Vater Classics. The six core models are lathe turned to their classic specs and profiles, just like they made back in their barn in the 1980s.
