We couldn't be more pleased!!!
Beautiful picture!!!! The colors are outstanding and the blacks are really deep black. We have all remarked about how beautiful and natural the skin tones are on faces. We have the tv in a very bright room and it shines through with no problem. Reflections are hardly noticeable. It was easy to mount on it's stand and set up. Smart TV features are easy to use. Not what I expected and very disappointed.
The quality of the picture doesn't match others of I have seen. I have followed set ups and configurations from a couple different reliable sources. Its not even close to what you see in the stores. The biggest complaint is the problem the with remote. I have to hit the buttons and hold them for seconds before the tv will work. Its so frustrating. I couldn't be more disappointed. Great TV. Weird store. Delivery up charge attempt.
Great TV. Currently playing Xbox Series X games and streaming movies and tv shows. Playing games in 4K 120 FPS. The game mode and movie mode settings are great. The TV’s HDMI 2.1 to HDMI eArc Pass through works great (the work around for the HDMI 2.1 bug with my AVR) . The store tried to up charge me the day of delivery saying that they would only deliver curb side. I live in a condo in the city with an elevator. The TV is 75” with the box being even bigger. They wanted to up charge me to white glove service. I refused to pay anymore. Long story short they delivered it and placed it in my condo and insisted on opening it to take photos of the display to ensure it wasn’t damaged. I was happy it wasn’t damaged but I did not want the TV opened until I had time to mount it and why try to up charge me for white glove service when all I wanted was for the TV to be delivered to my door and the guys were going to do it anyway.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A reasonably good ptoduct
Generally a nice product, great picture, sound could be improved (without buying and $800 sound bar). The TV occasionally emits a double dong sound for no apparent reason and the picture glitches for a instant even with a 200 megabit WiFi signal.
