It is not a terrible way to exercise (from an exercise hater this is big).Has a nice little timer/rep counter/calories burned tally thing on it. The machine part is sturdy. My only concern is the pedals. They are too lightweight for me and also the elastic is not easy to keep my feet in. I am going shortly in search of some big Velcro to see what I can do for a modification. I know it is not a pro-grade exercise tool so I am not disappointed. Just have to make it work for me. But today I did make it 1000 reps in 10 minutes (yay me); although there was some replacement of the feet that didn’t count toward my time in motion.
