They do work. interesting concept.
I am a guy, and I think these are more appropriate for ladies. That said they do work, and without the buckle my man gut feels better when tying my shoes. I admit I haven't worn these much as I at the same time bought a very thick heavy 1 1/2'' wide belt, to conceal carry my holster and .357 MG and have kind of well feel in you know with it.
