Material is Great
The rack is as described by the seller. It is easy to install and all the parts needed are with the package. The material is solid and fits on my 27.5" e-bike. I just hope that there is an option for a longer screw (need one on the right side of my e-bike) and a bike rear mount adapter.

One if Not The Best
The Topeak MTX rack system is the best. Easy to install and flexible to fit almost all bikes. Good instructions with pictures. We upgraded one of our hybrid bikes and added a new Topeak MTX rack to reuse our favorite Topeak MTX luggage bag. The new bike has disk brakes, so we purchased the disc brake rack version to insure adequate clearance.
