Working but definitely not new
I purchased this victron 3000w Phonoix inverter new open box, it was positively used. You see scratch marks where the battery cables attached. I connected it as factory wants you to. This unit does work. It does have the communications Ve port. I should have purchased the inverter charger. This unit does not charge.
