Used to be that the only decent decals for the 1920's to 1950's Great Northern boxcars were from Champ, now long gone. Microscale offers the needed decals for this period in a complete set. As a bonus there are both front facing goat heralds and the later side facing goat version, accurately done. Accuracy is excellent--the front facing goat stands on a black field as he should (the old Champ decals are wrong here). There are also small heralds for outside braced cars. Downside--the car data is very finely printed and not complete enough to do all versions and the builders plates should include ACF, Pressed Steel and Pullman. So the set is not complete enough to do a great job on most cars. You may need to supplement this set with some old Champ decals.
