Keeps my stubborn giant hound puppy.
I have a very large and stubborn young dog. Full-grown she is expected to be 80-120 lbs, but she's still young and able to slip through my new fence. I got this to keep her in until she is not able to slip through the rails. I tried using mesh fencing and zip ties and she broke right through. She quickly realized she should not go through the fence and with training she realizes she can use the entire yard and is learning quickly not to go close to the fence. This training is different than when you don't have an existing barrier that you need to reinforce so do follow the training guidance for dogs who will not have any sort of physical barrier in place other than the wireless fence.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Keeps a determined dog in!
This stubborn dog receiver works to contain my Livestock Guardian Dogs which are notorious for running through "invisible" fences. Just would have been great if it had come with both sets of studs. Still works, just had to switch the collars between my long-haired and short haired dogs! I do have to put the receivers on heavier duty collars since these are not designed for dogs that play with each other.
