Not as portable as others, but very useful.

More sturdy than expected. Once you get some weight on it and tweak the arms to fit your bell, it is quite useful. I quickly became confident in it and it makes switching instruments easy. I think it will be very useful and I can let others use it during group practice because of the capacity. Doesn't come with instructions but you won't need them. Also, I'm still looking for the best way to transport it, as it isn't as portable as others.

    Design needs tweaking

Date posted 2/10/2016. I'm happy with it now, but it required modifications to bring it up to spec. This took about an hour. (1) The curves of the bell hooks were too shallow and don't grip the saxophones firmly. I had to bend them further in a large vise. (Pull off the plastic end caps and avoid damaging the foam when doing this.) (2) When the stand was unfolded, it didn't lock firmly in the open position at the hinged base. I tapped in a pair of screws at front of the T-shaped hinge section to lock it open. (3) Clarinet peg was unsuitable as is for soprano sax - no firm fit. I added a large soft rubber washer at the end of the clarinet peg to fit the conical bore of a soprano sax. As to the unsatisfactory rating, if you're a handy person with the right tools, this ends up being a decent value and a useful multi-sax stand, suitable for practice room rather than for gigs.

  • Dependable Support

It is simple and practical. I can put my tenor on it while I play my baritone. It seems secure. I have not tried to put the bari on it so don't know if that will work. The stand folds up and is lightweight. I tried another brand that turned out to be flimsy and bent easilly. This one will last a long time (I imagine). Stand arrived in advertised time no damage. Was kept up on shipment via emails.

  • Does the job required

I haven't really used it yet, but it does accept my tenor and alto. I added a piece of pvc to a peg (with a rubber chair leg tip ) and it holds my soprano also. My observation is that when folding, the two thumb screws holding the upright sax supports need to be removed before unit will totally fold. If both the thumb screws were placed 90 degrees in either direction, it would fold without removing them. One pix shows the added pipe ( original peg next to it). Pix shows folding with screws intact. Then with screws removed.

  • Light weight and strong

This stand is plenty strong. I use it in rehearsals holding an alto, tenor, and soprano after I converted one of the clarinet pegs. Despite holding 3 saxes it still seems stable and strong. Doesn't weigh very much at all either. Be advised that while it folds, it only really does so if you remove the two sax stand "forks" first. With them attached you can fold it part way, making it easy to grab and go.

  • Great Product - Great Price!

No need to buy a more expensive one. I have my alto and my tenor sax on this stand and it works great. I am happy with this product and would recommend to family and friends. Why spend more? This is a good stand and can also hold a clarinet and a trumpet. Yes, 4 instruments all in one! Good deal too. Good luck and Cheers to all! :)

  • Could be more stable

The balance is not quite right, which makes it somewhat unstable. I plan to try bending the support arms down a little which should position my saxes in a more balanced position. As is, it would not take much to topple over. It is built very sturdy, however, and with the little modification it would be perfect. The manufacturer needs to make that change!

  • Titan Multi-Instrument Stand

Absolutely great. I do not understand some of the reviews saying it is flimsy. Stand is strong and snaps into position and locks. I swapped out one sax peg for a trumpet peg and use it for four different instruments. A great value.

  • Freakin awesome!

Yup. Literally awesome! We’ll built. I have tenor, alto, flute. But, I slipped EWI and Saxello stands on the pegs. All instruments stabilized!

  • Gotta bend it in a vise for alto.

After bending the two curved things in a vise, my two alto saxes are safe as a kitten in this stand.
