It a real good guitar for beginners.
I brought this guitar two weeks ago and I am loving it. I am just learning how to play and so far I don't have no problems in tuning it or anything else with it. The guitar is in great shape. And also they are given us a great deal. You don't just get the guitar, you pretty much getting the whole kit. And the things they give us is very helpful. Total rip off
Bought this for my second oldest as a birthday present. Second day she had it part of it broke. Had to go out and buy new strings that couldn't even be used on it due to it breaking. Before purchasing the new strings a friend who plays the guitar and teaches how to play it tried to tune it. It won't hold the tune. It isn't worth the money. It seemed like just any old strings were slapped onto it and with as easily ad it broke its definitely not worth it. Had to go out and spend the money to buy her a new one. Excellent for a Beginer
My daughter has wanted to play an instrument for a long time and we've tried many but never one she has taken to like this guitar. Its extremely comfortable to hold, (she is very petite with small hands) doesn't tire her out after 20 minutes, and she is already picking out Zepplin, Bon Jovi and other rock tunes on it. A great beginners guitar... as I expected... I needed to change the strings for better quality... they don’t stay tuned for long. the paint job on the guitar was uneven and scratchy in parts of the neck. No big deal... Spend the money for a better guitar.
I bought this as a gift for my brother in law and upon receipt, he tried to tune it but was unable, as the little gears were stripped on two of the tuning assemblies. Also, the chrome side bit on the top was bent and the bottom thing where the strings attach was cracked. The whole thing was crap and I was embarrassed to give it as a gift and ended up having to get another one, as this one was unplayable without considerable investment in replacement parts and repair.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The plastic strings ridges too low so the string will touch when you press music notes.
Everything was fine, but the guitar instructor stated the guitar strings too low when you’re pressing it notes then it’s all the way down and not make any sound, I recommend you need to make the plastic that held strings guide up a little higher.

Total garbage!
This thing looks like it was painted by a 3rd grader with a can of spray paint, and on't stay in tune. The same day I bought 2 others at the same price point from different companies that looked,felt and played as they should.
