First class EMT/First Aid or Utility Pouch
I ordered this item primarily because of the ripe off convenience when attached by molle to my rucksack. Last summer I had my regular pouch attached and when we had to use it well it was on the pack and either I took the pack to the accident or the accident to the pack or remove the pouch. We all know removing a piece of molle gear is not easy. Anyway I thought there has to be a better way and sure enough there is. Rip away. I looked around and other companies make a rip away pouch but the price was prohibitive to say the least. Then this NcStar pouch came up and at a great price bingo!! I jumped on it. Of course at less than 1/2 the competitions product my expectation level was not high. What a surprise when it arrived and turned out to vastly exceed any of my expectations. It is extremely well made and of great quality materials. It is large enough for all my 1st aid gear or should I chose to use it for something else, is well laid out with lots of holding straps and a convenient inner pocket. I am delighted with it to say the least. I purchased 2 more rip off molle panels for my other packs to add the convenience of just moving the pouch from one to another. Great bag, good+ quality
Quality similar to voodoo tactical or condor. Great little features like a velcro flap that holds down the handle and can also go over and secure the zip pulls. My only complaint is there is no retainer chord inside to keep the bottom part of the shell from opening all the way, but I made a crude one out of parachord. Not as sexy as the maxpedition FRP it is replacing, but the slightly larger size accomodates more medical gear and it is more wide and deep than long, so it fits better on my vest. I fit: 2 combine pads, a full size israeli bandage, full size shears, set of OPA's, 4 halo chest seals, full pocket mask, 2 rolls of med tape, glove packs, glucogel tube and 2 CAT tourniquets. I still have room for a bit more....I like the flip out mesh pocket....overall the quality is great. Decent size zippers. Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK)
This is a great bag for your ATV or UTV. I have 2 bags attached to my front rack using the straps with the larger center strap around the bag to my front bumper to stabilize and secure the bags. I can easily remove the bags in an emergency by pulling them off the Velcro backing or by undoing the straps. One has bandages, guaze pads, steristrips, rolled gauze, adhesive bandages, EMT scissors, and rubber gloves at easy access. The other bag is more trauma related with a tourniquet, SAM splints, rolled gauze, velo blood clot bandages, triangular bandages for slings, adhesive gauze, rubber gloves, and another EMT scissors. The bags hold a lot. I put the contents in plastic snack bags to keep everything sterile. You can buy large 2"x6" leather/velcro "First Aid Kit" patches on eBay that easily attach to the front of the bag to identify the bags from your other gear. When leading an club ATV ride, I always point out my IFAK bags at our safety meeting in case it is me that goes down. The straps and molle strips make this an easy addition to attach to a motorcycle or backpack for hikers or to a saddle for equestrian riders too. I have also purchased more bags for our club raffles and as gifts to a hunter buddy in the camo color. The bags are high quality materials. You won't be disappointed and I bet you will buy additional bags later for your friends.

This is a very nice bag with lots of room in the three compartments. Attaches well to a backpack with the molle straps. I also attached a tourniquet holder to the bag using the molle on the front of the bag. For the price it is indeed a great value.
