Sandisk Cruzer Blade
These Cruzer Blades are fantastic. Very fast, reliable and a great value. I use them so often. They can store pictures, music and files so easily and quickly. At present my favorite way to use them is to store music and take it where ever I go. I love my music and being able to have it at any computer i am at is just awesome. So many picture albums have been sent to friends and family on them. Not to mention the files you can store on them and take with you so easily. Nothing against the seller but this is encrypted and your stuff is on there but cant view it and I formatted to several different versions, FAT32 is common but didn't work and there are two more which don't work also. Top name brands - avoid cheap no name junk!
You risk your data using cheap memory cards or sticks. "Stick" to the known brands
After trying a few of the cheap Chinese-branded USB sticks, I finally bought these. Not only does the data write faster to this (even the cheap ones that claim to be USB 3.0), it is completely reliable. You can later add more files without worry (the cheap ones get stuck trying to write files to them, even with plenty of memory available). Another big reason to avoid those cheap ones, is that sooooo many of them are flashed with bigger memory than they actually hold (search for fake memory on YouTube if you don't know how this works). So, in short, DON'T EVER BUY cheap memory sticks or SD cards. Stick to reliable brands like this one and save yourself the frustration!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

These SanDisk Drives are not the CRAP SHOOT you take with some.....
I have always had good performance from SanDisk memory products. No difference with the Cruzer Blades. If you get refurbished, overstock, surplus or clearance versions.....you MAY get some that are flagged as "HARD DISKS". AT one time SanDisk distributed these with that "bit" set in its firmware. Your computer will see these "flagged" drives as "HARD DISKS" attached to your system. They will not be treated as "removable" drives. There are situations (like putting a boot system on the drive) when that is desirable. You cannot change the status of this "bit" so it will stay that way forever. This is not a problem for most uses of the drive but anyone using them should be aware of the situation. Last order of 10 drives... Handy little flashdrive.
No connector protection, but it's easier that way for me because I use them so often. They're easier to insert that way. 8 GB is more than enough for my purposes, so I save $$ by using a smaller flash drive. I've used them with very frequent changes for over 2 years and they keep on working. Love 'em. SanDisk has never presented any problems for me. Not so with others I've tried.
