We have had 2 Brondell Luma WARM toilet seats for a couple of years. No problems with either one. I ordered this for the half bath in my shop because I was going in the main house for the warm seat. Now i'm covered. The quality is superior, and installation was super easy. The cord is a little short, but really no problem. One thing, if power to GFCI goes off, the seat has to be turned back on after GFCI is reset. I live in cold country. With the expense of heating my home I am not able to keep the inside temperature at 75°, or more, consequently, the toilet seat never is warm. Matter of fact, it often feels like a circle of ice! However, with this Brondell L60RW Lumawarm Heated Toilet Seat, there is no problem with chilling my keister! I even find that I tarry in the bathroom, enjoying the warmth! I will say that the light in the seat is rather dim. Therefore, I also use a night light!
