    Nothing better than a KitchenAid

    Wasn’t sure about the flat black since the rest of my appliances are gloss black but, it works. I really like the flat. As far as the mixer goes, it’s amazing. It doesn’t hesitate mixing anything I’ve put in it. The motor is strong and does it’s job. The attachments are great and you have the option to purchase many more. The dough hook really woks dough without a mess. The whipping attachment speeds up the process to make butter and whip cream. The paddle I use for cookies, cakes and candy to name a few. This is actually my second KitchenAid mixer and they just get better. They are a cooks must have. They are totally a true workhorse. I wouldn’t own anything else.

    1st KitchenAid Stand Mixer

    I now own my first KitchenAid stand mixer. I love the flat black color. I used it for the first time today to make cookies. It is definitely efficient, and mixes the ingredients much better than doing it by hand. I love it. It seems well-made and very easy to use. Cleanup is also very easy.

    Perhaps the new ones are not as smooth functioning as the 30 year old models, certainly the bowl and adaptive tools are thinner. I love the black though.
