High quality, but color not as expected
This pan is of good quality-- actually heavier than expected. Unlike the photo, however, the inside circumference of the pan is as dark as the outside. The inner core piece (including the bottom) is a light silver color so it kind of looks like the inside piece and the outside piece were mis-matched. I had thought the entire inside of the pan would be the lighter color as pictured so that the cake will not brown on the outside too fast (as I understand, that's what happens when you use a dark pan). I have yet to try it out, so hopefully the cakes will turn out fine.
