I am dealing with an 87 yrs old male with both Alzheimers and dementia who has been using diapers for over a year but insists he has NEVER worn a diaper. The Butt Paste keeps an excellent protective layer on his skin so he NEVER has had any skin irritation from urine or excrement. Terrific price!!!

Great for the butt!
I received a sample of this and it healed my babies butt rash quickly! I loved it. The only complaint I have is the color, it's a tan so sometimes I can't tell if she pooped or it is just the cream.
