Easy to use and affordable but is it accurate?
The Helect Infrared Thermometer does exactly what I need it to do, compare temperatures from one cylinder to another cylinder on my BMW Boxer-engine motorcycle. That said, I've used it to check temperatures on other surfaces and, well, let's say I'm skeptical as to the accuracy of the readings. I am a bit surprised that there isn't a way to calibrate this thermometer or to verify its accuracy but, like I wrote earlier, it suits my needs just fine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Love it. It does what it should. A couple issues I wish were fixed in design: if you put it on F instead of C, it resets to C when you turn it off.
