To a degree it was a , bait n switch, kind of a deal
This product number superseded a previous number, but also they changed the design. The new style doesn’t function as well as the original. Another problem is the photo of the new part number shows the older model. This tricks a person into ordering the older version, but they end up getting the newer style.
