Fan of Old Tech Round Dial
I bought one just like it to replace my programmable thermostat, which appeared not to be working. After I was able to get the programmable one working again, I put the round-dial away in a cabinet. But then the programmable thermostat in the upstairs unit of my duplex stopped working. They wanted the round-dial because they like older tech. We installed it and it works great! This thermostat was made by a designer at Honeywell in 1932 and it lasted into the early 2000. That is a whole bunch of years as a standard in the field as an extremely reliable product.
