I love this lightweight welding helmet. With a little modification, I installed a jackson 370 headgear and dropped in a Phillips safety magenta lens and now I really love this awesome set-up for welding. I did have to drop to shade 9. The main complaints I hear is the paint job on helmet iffy at best, but honestly it won't matter if you're actually using this thing to weld. Also, there is a learning curve that comes with a fixed shade. A plus is that there are no electronics here, it just works every time.
