Not for me but worth a try
Hoped this would help adult hormonal skin, finished off a bottle and by that time skin was far worse :( Went back to normal after stopping this, it had seemed to improve a bit at first so I wasn't sure. The product is of quality and did not upset my tummy, even seemed to help indigestion a bit. Just didn't result in better skin, but I suppose it is worth a try for the price, it seems to work great for some others!
