just the pan
no instructions and no template. but I have done this same project on another boat so no instructions we no problem for me, but a template is a must. I made one out of old card board I had. also the screws that came with foot pan were micro sized. no way they would have worked. my suggestion is pay a few dollars more and get a kit with a template, instructions and some stainless steel screws that might actually work.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

No not sure what to expect after reading the reviews everybody crying about a template. I simply turned it upside down on the deck of the boat marked it with tape and then measured in one inch and then cut the carpet then simple cut out the floor no problem fit perfect.
