Yes, Hotone Nano Legacy series Amplifier has adaptive impedance matching from 4 Ohm to 16 Ohm cabinets, with an output power of 5 watts. Siva Boogie is a 5-watt Class AB guitar amplifier head. If I don't have a cab, would it be OK to connect it directly to the mixer by connecting a DI through the output?.

  • Siva Boogie is versatile and sounds great.

This is a great sounding tiny amp. Really nice for full clean sounds unlike other Hotone Nano heads like the Captain Sunset which I also use and really doesn’t do clean and has some inherent gain hiss during use. The gain on the Siva just gets it into a fatter zone. I’m using a Klon clone before the amp to get some overdrive but it handles all pedals really great. The FX loop works great also I put a pedal delay going into a pedal reverb through the loop, sounds great. Running into a 4-12 cabinet at 8 ohms using a pair of Marshall guitar speakers along with a pair of stereo woofers works great because at 5 watts it fattens the low end and is just super fun to play at lower levels once dialed in. Makes practicing inspiring. YMMV But I’m loving it anyway. Also ordered the Purple Wind for the heck of it. These cost less than most boutique pedals, and are a great little tool.

  • Powerful!

This little preamp is powerful and can even push big speaker cabinets! I have several of these. This one has a great clean sound with some overdrive. I use it as a monitor amp for acoustic, electric, and bass guitars. I also use them occasionally as a pedal. I bought one and was so happy that I bought several other versions.

  • Great little amp for the cost

Works good. I wanted a clean solid state amp to use as a pedal platform. Eventually I will want one with more power, but this amp works great for what I spent to get it. Music sounds pretty good through the auxiliary as well, would probably sound better if it wasn’t going through a guitar cab. Overall, a cool little amp for the price.

  • A BIG step up from a 158 combo

Extremely compact, clean, headphone out and takes pedals very well; pairs nicely with SSS Tele clone. Aside from a speaker cab for when the neighbours are away, what more could one want from a practice amp? Maybe I've a combo to repurpose.

  • I love it.

I love this little amp, but it may not be for everyone. This version of the Hotone is CLEAN. There is ZERO distortion or overdrive happening with this amp even with the gain all the way up. In fact, the gain control seem to have more affect on mid-range response than on gain or volume - almost like a mid-shift or mid-boost. It has great tone for clean playing and for rhythm. And its a great head if you rely on pedals for overdrive or distortion. As long as you like clean - you'll like this one.

  • Great tone for under $100

Very nice vintage boutique tube tone. I been playing 40 years. Never played a Bogner but I have other boutique amps, Budda, some Dumble Clones, etc. but all big. I play a small bar accompanying acoustic singer with electric guitar. My 1964 Princeton is still too loud. For a small gig this Hotone Siva works great for country and blues and southern rock. I use it with a 2x12 cab loaded with Celestion Vintage 30’s. but im buying a 1x12 cab soon.

  • Hotone Shive Boogie amp delivers!

So far, I like the Hotline Guira Amp Siva Boogie. I have only had it a week but it is driving a Celestion 10" speaker cabinet I built with no problem. Also sounds good using the FX pedal loop

  • Pure Tone

I use this version and the Eagles Heart as my main rig for studio/jamming, through my GT-8 board and Orange cab. Completely amazed at incredible the tones are from these little mighy machines! Definitely pick one of these up and you won't be disappointed! Getting 3 more myself

  • Great as a pre amp

Great little amp that I use as a pre amp to play my jazzbox through a Bose Compact. I used to have to haul around a Roland Cube to use the JC Clean setting, this little baby does that even better!

  • Got attitude?

This pint-sized preamp delivers tone and attitude that puts my expensive modeling amp to shame. Great for blues, classic rock, even country. Makes my Strat sound like a million!
