I have a super thrilled hubby!
Got this for my hubby for Father's Day and he was one happy guy! It is very sturdy, slices into anything he's tried and loves the handle with the large guard to not only prevent a slip down the blade, but acts as added leverage too. He's dug in some dry, hard packed spots and even the old blacktop edge of a parking area at a boat landing, and had no trouble at all. He would've never tried that with his other tools as they'd have bent like tin. This is no weakling garden tool, but a professional diggers highly valued piece of equipment!! My only mistake was not buying it sooner!! Super thrilled with this purchase and highly recommended to other diggers!!! You won't be disappointed!!! Looks and feels good.
I haven't used it yet, but it is heavier than I thought it would be. I was expecting a lot thinner cheaper metal. Lol, as long as the handle doesn't break off, I'll be plenty pleased. Strong digging tool that's affordable.

Digging Tool: stout and sturdy.
This tool will probably be my bread and butter. Made to dig smaller holes, cut roots etc. It has good build to it. Sturdy and i doubt the blade would bend. The plastic-type grip will NOT turn. Does the job! I have only used it once so far but it did a great job, detector sounded a ring but I figured another bottle cap. Put this down 4 inches and a 10K pinky ring rolled right out when I folded the plug over. Only ring I have ever found, I hope this is a sign of things to come.
