HIGH MEAT FOOD!!! Cheaper per serving than others!
My GSD loves Orijen and has been doing so well on it for several years. His coat is shiny, eyes bright, and healthy. His poo is half the amount to pick up because there are no fillers in this food. Even though it seems expensive, it costs the same or lower to feed than other foods that cost way less per bag,and Orijen has a much higher quality. My dog is about 85 lbs., and he eats only 2 1/2 cups a day to maintain a perfect weight. So look at the amount to feed when figuring cost. This food is so delicious to him that I use it for training. He gets fed 1 1/2 cups in the morning and 1 cup at dinnertime, but if I know I'm going to train him that day, I use his morning food as training treats and he thinks it's the best thing in the world! Orijen gives him high meat protein and not all those incomplete proteins like other foods out there (with pea protein, soy, etc.). No wonder he loves it.
